Our Vision

Our Vision

International Union of Arab Master Chefs operates as an established professional and regulatory reference for culinary arts, gastronomy, and professional accreditation and judging, within an applied, binding legal and institutional framework.

The Union’s framework is practically implemented through a clear institutional separation of competencies between:

  • training and professional development,

  • professional accreditation,

  • executive culinary judging,

  • and the supreme regulatory and arbitration authority.

This separation is enforced through formally registered entities, documented regulations, and approved operational pathways, ensuring clarity of authority and preventing overlap or misrepresentation.

All Union activities are governed by:

  • written and approved professional standards,

  • an official electronic documentation and verification system subject to institutional review,

  • defined mandates and accountable responsibilities, and

  • procedures that are traceable and auditable.

Within this framework, accreditation is treated as a regulated professional act, and culinary judging is exercised as a professional regulatory authority, not as an honorary designation or promotional label. No title or status is recognized unless it is issued within the Union’s verifiable institutional system.

The Union’s vision reflects an operational reality, supported by registered legal structures and applied governance, providing a stable and reliable reference for authorities, institutions, and professionals.
