Our Mission
The mission of the International Union of Arab Master Chefs is to regulate and structure professional practice in the fields of culinary arts, gastronomy, professional accreditation, and culinary judging, within an applied and binding legal and institutional framework that ensures clarity of authority, verifiability, and accountability.
In practice, the Union’s mission is carried out through:
-
Establishing and enforcing written professional standards for accreditation and judging.
-
Issuing accreditations and certificates through clear, institutional, and verifiable pathways.
-
Regulating the practice of professional judging as an institutional mandate, not a symbolic designation.
-
Protecting professional titles and designations from misleading or unauthorized use.
-
Enabling authorities and institutions to perform institutional verification of credentials and professional status.
This mission is implemented through formally registered legal structures and an effective electronic documentation and verification system in operation since 2019, ensuring that professionalism is upheld as a sustained institutional commitment and that trust and stability are maintained across the sector.
