How to Subscribe
Membership in the International Union of Arab Master Chefs is subject to binding legal and regulatory provisions, and acceptance of these Articles constitutes an essential condition for completing the membership process.
Article (1): Institutional Commitment
The member undertakes a full and explicit commitment to comply with all of the following:

the internal rules and regulations duly adopted by the Union;
-
the approved codes of professional ethics;
-
the regulatory decisions issued by the competent authorities within the Union’s institutional framework.
Such commitment is a fundamental condition for the continuity of membership.
Article (2): Scope of Status
Membership does not confer:
-
any judging status;
-
any representative authority;
-
or any professional accreditation,
unless granted by a separate, explicit, written decision issued by the competent authority and verifiable within the Union’s official system.
Article (3): Prohibition of Misuse
The member is strictly prohibited from:
-
using the Union’s name, logos, titles, or membership status;
-
implying powers, accreditations, or authorities not formally granted;
-
exploiting membership in any misleading, commercial, media-related, or professionally improper context.
Any such act shall be deemed a serious violation.
Article (4): Withdrawal of Membership
The Union reserves the full right to:
-
withdraw or suspend membership immediately,
-
without prior notice,
-
and without any obligation to compensate,
in the event of:
-
violation of the binding rules or provisions;
-
misuse of status or name;
-
submission of false or misleading information;
-
or damage to the reputation of the Union or its institutional framework.
Article (5): Non-Refundability
The member expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
-
all membership fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances,
-
whether the application is accepted, rejected, suspended, or the membership is later withdrawn,
-
and no claim for full or partial refund shall be admissible
Article (6): Scope of Fees
Membership fees cover:
-
administrative and organizational costs only,
and do not include, by way of example and not limitation:
-
postal or shipping fees;
-
printing, folder, or delivery costs;
-
any governmental, diplomatic, or official legalization or certification fees;
-
or any external charges imposed by public authorities or third parties.
Article (7): Approved Fees

Annual Membership: USD 250
-
Two-Year Membership: USD 450
-
Five-Year Membership: USD 1,000
Payment of fees does not in itself constitute acceptance of the application or confirmation of membership.
Article (8): Jurisdiction and Enforcement
These provisions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Union’s approved internal regulations, and the decision of the competent authority within the Union shall be final and binding in all matters relating to membership.
Legal Notice
Submission of a membership application or payment of fees constitutes an explicit acknowledgment of having read, understood, accepted, and agreed to comply with these provisions without reservation.
