Accreditation
The accreditation program of the International Union of Arab Master Chefs (IUOAMC) is administered within a regulated professional framework designed to formally document competency and compliance with established standards in the fields of culinary arts and gastronomy.
The Union accredits chefs, institutions, and professional programs that meet defined and published criteria related to quality, professional competence, methodology, and adherence to approved regulatory frameworks, through clear and verifiable evaluation procedures.
Such accreditation constitutes an institutional professional record that contributes to strengthening credibility, professional recognition, and trust within the global culinary community, without in itself conferring any regulatory or judging authority unless expressly granted through a separate written decision by the competent body within the Union’s structure.
