This journal represents a milestone in the evolution of professional culinary education and arbitration, combining scientific rigor with real-world expertise from chefs, judges, educators, and researchers across multiple continents. It serves as the exclusive academic platform for publishing research and standards developed by the International Union of Arab Master Chefs (IUOAMC – UK), the International Culinary & Gastronomy Arbitration (ICGA – UK), and the World Supreme Authority for Culinary Arbitration.
Our mission is to advance culinary knowledge, promote sustainable and responsible food practices, and support global standardization in judging and arbitration. Through this online edition, we aim to provide open-access content that bridges the gap between the kitchen, the classroom, and the research lab.
