Chef Ahmad Al Hasassna, General Administrative Coordinator
Chef Ahmad Al Hasassna is a skilled and experienced chef in the field of hospitality and hotel management. Born in Bethlehem, Palestine, he moved with his family to Jordan, where he grew up and was raised in Amman. He completed his studies in hotel management there and began his career in several prestigious hotels in Jordan, including the Alia Hotel, the Jordan InterContinental Hotel, and the Regency Palace Hotel.
Upon returning to Palestine, he played a key role in the establishment of the Jericho InterContinental Hotel in 2019, and then worked at renowned hotels in Ramallah such as the Royal Court Hotel and the Grand Park Hotel. Besides his hotel work, Chef Ahmed Hassasneh also served as a part-time instructor at the Women’s College and was one of the founders of the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Services Union in Ramallah. He also contributed to the preparation of the training manual for the General Federation of Palestinian Trade Unions.
Later, he moved to Bethlehem to work at the Jacir Palace InterContinental Hotel, where he chaired the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Services Union. After returning to Ramallah, he was part of the founding team of the Women and Businessmen's Club, and then worked for Jasmine Restaurants in both Ramallah and Nablus. Eventually, he returned to Bethlehem and joined the team at the St. Joseph Hotel.
